This item depicted in the images below is a German WW2 ring from TUNIS, 1943. The size is 21 – 22. The ring was belonged to soldier Gunter Lounder.
This is fairly simple ring and is the style that was sold by the Moroccans for a far cheaper price. It is the type most encountered in war-relic collections. It certainly was the ring most distributed in Africa. A handsome ring and an important relic of the desert war.
Estimate price for this item is $350 – $390.
